that our customers receive their products in the most timely and inexpensive
way possible. All orders placed with lucitepurse.com before 12:00 PST are
shipped out on the same business day. This does not include orders placed
on Saturday or Sunday, orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the
next business day. When necessary we will reserve the right to ship orders
placed standard ground within 24 hours of the order.
Shipping Backorders
We proudly boast excellent fill rates for our
orders, but occasionally we must backorder or source inventory from multiple
warehouses. This means your different parts of your order can come from
various locations around the country. If you order more than one item, we
will make every effort to send available items together. In the event only
some of the items in your order are available at a single location, we reserve
the right to ship you multiple packages from multiple warehouses. If we
elect to break your order into multiple packages, you will not incur any
additional freight charges. In the unlikely event we are unable to ship
your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and
backorder the items which we were unable to ship. You will be notified via
e-mail of the estimated delivery date for your backordered items. You will
not be charged any additional freight charges for items that were backordered.
Weekend Delivery
All delivery estimates do not include Saturdays
and Sundays. If you would like to request delivery on Saturday you must
make a special request by calling our toll free number during normal business
hours. All weekend delivery requests must be made before 12:00 PST to be
guaranteed. Additional charges may apply. Sunday delivery is not available.

Currently lucitepurse.net can only
provide accurate shipping costs to addresses within the continental United
States through its automated tool.
Shipments to U.S. territories and international locations are handled on
a case by case basis. Contact our customer service department for assistance
with getting a freight quote for an international order.
